This 501C3 was started in honor of my late husband Byron Crawford.  Three weeks before his unexpected transition, we talked about starting a foundation that would help children and youth similar to North West Youth in Action where we met.  

This foundation will help teens and young adults prepare for the job work force.  We will help them gain the skills needed to complete applications, communication skills for interviews, and so much more.
